Change Management Practitioner

Change Practitioners provide support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions, and to project teams as they integrate Change Management activities into their project plans.

Aspiring or current managers of organizational change, transition or transformation. Those performing key roles in the design, development and delivery of organizational change programmes, including: Change Project Managers. Transformation Managers. Senior Responsible Owners.

The change process owner is responsible for defining and supporting the overall process involved in change management. The activities include: Devising the process, in support with the change manager and CAB. Communicating the guidelines to appropriate stakeholders.

Managing change is tough, but part of the problem is that there is little agreement on what factors most influence transformation initiatives. Soft factors don’t directly influence the outcomes of many change programs. For instance, visionary leadership is often vital for transformation projects, but not always.
